I have been home for 3 days now!!! I love all the travel experience that I have from South America, especially from Brazil!!!! I just want to say thank you for all the help and support that you gave me! Very nice to meet you!! Whenever you come to Canada, please let me know! I have feeling that we will meet again! ;) All the best,
Joyei Z - Canada
Now that we’re back home and normality has returned, I wanted to write a note to express our thanks for an incredible journey and thank you for the effort you put into making it so special.
One word describes the organisation of our trip. Flawless. The hotels used by LUSH were each beautiful in their own way and staffed by the most amazingly helpful people, our local guides and the transport from place to place was always there. As easy and wonderful as it was for myself and Jeremy, I’m sure that the work and effort you put in behind the scenes to organise everything required enormous amounts of energy. Many other tours I have done in the past have not run as smoothly as this tour. LUSH Pathways is to be congratulated on a tour organised with such precision!
Besides your knowledge of tourism in Brazil, it is clear that your relationships with all the people you use in that area, ranging from people in the hotels to the guides and transport people, are relationships in which these people know the company well and have a lot of respect for you. I know how hard it is and how long it takes to cultivate solid relationships.
To top it off, the location! Your pictures and descriptions do not do the Northeast of Brazil justice..but then again, I don’t think that would be possible. Each place we went to was phenomenal. Sao Luis was special because it was the first stop on our tour – what a beautiful, simple, relaxed little city. Our favourite stop was Jericoacoara – we wished we could have spent more time there but have plans to return.
We have both been converted to LUSH Pathwayism and we shall be spreading the gospel. Thank you so much once again, we shall be telling anyone who cares to listen that they must visit Brazil and that they must use you.

Rio Carnival Package / 4 Nights' Accommodation - February 2015
You will stay in a 3 star hotel located a few blocks from the famous Copacabana Beach. There is a lot to be done in Rio during Carnival time and plenty of parties happening all day long! Be amazed by the feverish atmosphere around the whole city.
You can simply join a street “bloco” and have great fun dancing, playing and following the bloco as it moves through the streets or join a ball party.
For 4 consecutive days and nights you will have the chance to join all the different parties, to watch a football match, to visit the famous Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf Mountain on a city tour, to join a Favela Tour in Rocinha, one of the biggest slums in the world or hang glide from Pedra Bonita for a breathtaking view of the city!
You may want to go to the sambadrome to watch the samba schools parading in one of the most exciting spectacles/competitions on Earth, Rio’s Sambadrome Parade! Watch the entire show and see the colourful participants dancing and singing, the magnificent art of the floats and feel the vibrating beats of the drums…a performance that each samba school has elaborately prepared and choreographed in order to win this competition.
Tuesday is the last night of your Rio Carnival experience. Join another street “bloco” or go to the famous Gay Ball Parade at night.
In Rio de Janeiro, the samba schools lead the famous Sambadrome Parade in a frenzy of colour, action and emotion that is broadcast live to Brazilian states and to several countries. Smaller parades called "blocos" are held on the streets during Carnival week. These marches are a lot of fun, free, and happen all over the city. Everyone is welcome to participate! There are also many Carnival Balls at night with live music and the samba drumming that is loudly contagious!
Going to the Sambadrome to sing and dance with the beat of the drums of the Special Group on Sunday or Monday is a must-do. This way you will also get to watch the samba schools parading on Monday and have a great view of all the colours and impressive floats and see every detail that each samba school has elaborately prepared and choreographed with desire and determination to win one of the most exciting competitions in the world.

"Performing at the Carnival Parade was a totally unique and very exciting experience. The energy flowing from inside and those around us was an experience that I have not felt on any other trip. Dancing at the Carnival Parade was my best experience while travelling." Nanko, Canada
